Senior Vice President, Enterprise Brand Strategy and Programs

At Bank of America, Sue leads strategy for integrating the development of the Bank of America Brand with our signature Environmental and Social Governance initiatives including: Special Olympics, Hunger, Military, the (RED) campaign to end HIV/AIDS in Africa and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Sue and her team lead the Bank’s efforts to integrate corporate reputation, brand-building, and social responsibility efforts across multiple lines of business with the goal of building brand favorability and advancing social progress.


Prior to joining Bank of America, Sue was the Managing Director of product and marketing for American Student Assistance, a national financial education non-profit dedicated to helping students succeed as they pursue and achieve their higher education dreams. Earlier in her career, Sue held product development and leadership roles with J.P. Morgan, Fidelity Investments and Thomson Financial. Sue is a graduate of Bentley University and the Smith College Women’s Executive Leadership program.


Sue is active in her community with multiple non-profits. She is a global mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, A MassChallenge incubator mentor, and a citizen teacher/mentor for Citizen Schools in Boston.
