Executive Director
Jessica Jecmen currently serves as the Executive Director of the US Accenture Foundation. The Foundation exists to provide funding to enable Accenture communities in support of Accenture's Corporate Citizenship direction, creating a positive sustainable change in people's lives and contributing to the well-being of the broader community to help fulfill Accenture's vision to improve the way the world works and lives. She also serves as the Accenture Operations’ representative on the Corporate Citizenship Council (CCC), the governing body that determines the course and vision for Accenture’s Corporate Citizenship strategy.

In addition, Jessica is a Managing Director in Accenture Operations. She is the global lead for #beOperations- an initiative designed to create a culture supporting positive values and behaviors in the Operations business. She has been with Accenture for 17, serving clients in Products, Financial Services and in our Health and Public Service business. She also serves her local office on the steering committee of the Women’s Employee Resource Group, as the Co-Lead of the Chicago Operations Community and as the Executive Sponsor of the Chicago Mothers on the Move (MoMs) group.

Jessica is based out of our Chicago office and lives in the western suburbs with her two small children, Leo and Eva. She is an active participant and promoter of voluntarism in her community, with a special focus on non-profit organizations who serve women and children as well as leadership and fundraising roles in her children’s school.
